1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by EzzirX Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
EzzirX Technologies LLC provides technology solutions including but not limited to AI-powered systems, platform development, custom software development, digital transformation consulting, secure digital systems, and business process automation. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by EzzirX Technologies shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. EzzirX Technologies retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzzirX Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
EzzirX Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
